We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.


Vouchers can only be purchased in store. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher. Vouchers cannot be swapped or transferred to another person and is not redeemable for cash. Vouchers cannot be used on any injectable treatments


Treatment packages are for a single client only and cannot be split or transferred.

Late arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee will apply.

If you are less than 15 minutes late this will cut into your treatment time. Please ensure your face is cleansed prior to any treatments.

New clients

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment in order to complete our consultation and new client forms


Bookings can be made online, via phone call or email.

In order to confirm your booking please do not reply to the reminder message received, instead please confirm via the FRESHA app or by calling our clinic.

Aldaco Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment to a client if they believe it is not suitable.


Results will vary from person to person as does the level of aftercare required for clients. If aftercare routine has not been followed treatment results may be affected.
